At Jambhala Jewelry, we do not mass-ship from local warehouses. Fast delivery is for industrial commodities; true energy alignment requires patience. Every piece is dispatched directly from our Eastern sanctuary following its meticulous purification process.

Order Processing Time

  • In-Stock Anchors: Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed, safely packed, and prepared for dispatch.
  • Special Orders / Backorders: Some special sizes or pre-order items may require additional time for purification and assembly. If an item is on backorder, a notification will be clearly displayed on the product page before you add it to your cart. If your order contains a mix of in-stock and backordered items, the entire order will ship together once the backordered piece is ready.

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the continental United States (excluding US islands and military bases).

  • Estimated Transit Time: 15 to 30 business days after the processing period.
  • During its transatlantic transit, your stone remains isolated from industrial static, allowing its pure frequency to fully settle before reaching your wrist.

Security & Signature Requirements (Important)
Because we ship high-value, authentic mineral anchors, the secure arrival of your package is our highest priority.

  • Signature Required: All Jambhala Jewelry deliveries require the signature of an adult (over the age of 18) upon delivery.
  • No P.O. Boxes: To ensure a secure hand-to-hand transfer, we do not ship orders to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.

Taxes & Duties
While we provide free shipping, the customer is responsible for the payment of any applicable state sales taxes or customs duties imposed by the destination jurisdiction upon delivery.

Unforeseen Delays
While we strive to deliver your physical anchor within the estimated timeframe, please note that exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather events, extreme natural disasters, or major international carrier disruptions. You will receive a secure tracking key via email the moment your order leaves our sanctuary to monitor its journey.
