We design every Jambhala piece to be a physical anchor for your mind. However, we understand that energy alignment is deeply personal. If your anchor does not resonate with your current journey, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your absolute peace of mind.
Return Conditions
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a refund, all pieces must be returned unworn, in their original condition, and in the original signature packaging (including the Intention Card and Frequency Key).
Return Shipping & Fees
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Due to the high-value nature of our authentic minerals and the meticulous purification process required for each piece, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
How to Initiate a Return
- Please contact us at fay@jambhalajewelry.com with your order number and return request.
- Once your request is acknowledged, please mail your return along with the original invoice to the address provided below.
- Important Note: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held liable for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days. You will be notified via email once the transaction is complete and the credit has been applied to your original method of payment.
