Securing Your Anchor: The Tactile Fit
I. Bracelet Dimensions
A grounding bracelet must rest precisely. Too loose, and you lose the comforting weight. Too tight, and it becomes a distraction. Because our pieces are designed to provide constant tactile feedback against your skin, finding the right fit is essential to the experience.
- S (Women's Standard): Fits wrists 5.5" to 6.5" (14cm - 16.5cm). Designed to cover most female wrists with a comfortable, flush fit.
- M (Men's Standard): Fits wrists 6.5" to 7.5" (16.5cm - 19cm). Designed to cover most male wrists with a secure, grounding grip.
- L (Large): Fits wrists 7.5" to 8.5" (19cm - 21.5cm). Designed for broader wrists requiring a heavier physical anchor.
How to Measure Your Wrist
- If you don't know your exact size, take a piece of string or a flexible measuring tape.
- Wrap it snugly—but not painfully tight—around your wrist, directly below the wrist bone.
- Note the exact measurement in inches or centimeters to match against our sizes.
Important Note: Our durable elastic core already accounts for the slight stretch needed to slip the bracelet over your hand. Do not size up "just in case." Trust your exact measurement.
II. Necklace Dimensions
Universal Fit (Adjustable 14" - 20"): Our grounding necklaces feature a smooth, secure sliding knot, completely eliminating the need for neck measurements.
Whether you want the anchor to rest higher near the collarbone (14") for immediate tactile feedback, or lower against your chest (20") for deep core grounding, the length can be instantly adjusted to suit your daily comfort and outfit.
