In 2018, within a small Birmingham apartment, I, Fay, founded Jambhala & Jewelry. It began not just as a brand, but as a heartfelt dialogue between my Chinese heritage and the welcoming spirit of the American South.

The spark ignited during my final year at the University of Alabama. Tasked with repairing a classmate’s fractured family jade bracelet – a treasured heirloom – I intuitively paired its timeless green with the vibrant energy of American turquoise. Suddenly, strangers were stopping me, drawn to this unexpected fusion. It wasn't just jewelry anymore; it felt like a nascent Energy Shield, bridging cultures and resonating with protective harmony.

"Jambhala," inspired by the Tibetan guardian deity revered by my mother, embodies this silent force – the power found in cultural fusion and intentional creation.
